What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use USPS and FedEX as our shipping carriers. 

When Will I Receive My Order?

Most options that are shipped will arrive within a few days of when we ship. Certain products are date specific and will not ship until the week of your scheduled park visit.

Is your site safe to order on?

Yes! We use Stripe, a third party payment processor that has been around for years! Rest assured your data is not stored on any server. Only the last four digits of the card you used is retained for verification purposes.

Once I Purchase, Will I Get Confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an email receipt shortly after the transaction goes thru. Check your spam folder if you haven't received it one hour after your purchase.

My Order Doesn't Require Shipping, When Will I Receive It?

Most ticket orders are delivered digitally thru the Cheap Thrills App on the DAY OF your theme park visit. Please refer to each individual item that you would like to purchase for the specific details related to that product.

I Purchased Tickets, But I'm Unable To Go. Now What?

Rest assured, if for some reason, you're not able to visit the theme park on the day you specified, depending on the product you purchased, you may be able to change your date. In some cases you may have to pay a price difference.

I Purchased Tickets And Changed My Mind, Can I Get A Refund?

All tickets are non-refundable, but in some cases, you may be able to re-assign them to friends or family members, if you're not able to go. Check with us for specific details pertaining to your order.
